La crema chantilly
La crema chantilly così chiamata in onore del castello di Chantilly, nel feudo del Principe di Condé. Presso il quale lavorava il pasticcere François Vatel a cui viene attribuita la ricetta.
In Italia per crema chantilly si intende una crema a base di crema pasticciera “alleggerita” con panna montata. Invece in Francia con il nome di crema chantilly si indica la panna montata e zuccherata!!!
